Peaches likes to tag things

Image
We visited family over the weekend and brought Peaches with us. She is usually pretty well-behaved when she visits other people- she tones down the sass for sure. But this time she decided to leave her mark.

Chunkus Maximus

Image
After intensive research, mourning Doves have been renamed by the scientific community to Chunkus Maximus (Chunks in standard English).  Here are the field notes about the birds.  Diagram 1-A shows a typical Chunkus Maximus. This particular chunk has landed near a ground feeder. It will push other birds out of the feeder, and then the chunk will proceed to sit in the food to  eat. New findings show Chunkus Maximus has food receptors, meaning the birds always know where food can be found. Please see diagram 1-B. Please note the researcher had difficulty writing and spelling during fieldwork. Tips for identifying Chunkus Maximus: 1- When driving in the evening, look at power lines. You will know when you spot one.

Suspicious Pe-havior

Image
When Peaches has a HappyHut, she starts getting very suspicious of activity outside of the hut. Not only does she start to tell people to "step up" more often, but she starts to mean-mug everything and everyone from the hut. She becomes an instigator, telling people to "c'mon" when they approach her cage. She also says "ha, ha, ha" to antagonize her perceived foes.
